自助晚餐主打推介兩款日式火熱鴛鴦鍋:日式壽喜燒及富良野3.7牛乳魚湯火鍋。其中日式壽喜燒以濃郁且帶甜的日式醬油作湯底,提供鹿兒島豚肉片、比內土雞腿肉、牛肉、牛舌等予食客選擇,再放入鍋中灼熟,款款肉質鮮嫩,讓人欲罷不能!此外,另一款火鍋則選用了富良野3.7牛乳魚湯作湯底,當中的牛乳不但奶味香濃,更可使魚湯質感更順滑,讓人忍不住把它一口喝盡!而此火鍋則有蝦、帆立貝、蟹、青口、蜆等多款海鮮作配料,鮮味無比!

The dinner buffet presents two traditional Japanese hot pots including Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu in Fish Stock to welcome winter. An array of succulent seafood are also cannot be missed!
The restaurant highly recommends the Japanese Sukiyaki and the Shabu Shabu in Fish Stock with Furano 3.7 Milk to diners. Japanese Sukiyaki is flavoured with sweet soy sauce. A variety of tender meat like Kagoshima sliced pork, Hinai chicken leg, beef, beef tongue and more are available for guests’ selection. Besides, the Shabu Shabu in Fish Stock is prepared with Furano 3.7 milk as a creamier broth to serve with the assorted seafood perfectly. Seafood ingredients include shrimp, scallop, crab, mussel, clam and more. Don’t miss!
