Azure創意無限的烹飪團隊,精選秋冬時令矜貴食材,創作窩心滋補的菜式。Azure位於隆堡蘭桂坊酒店的29樓及30樓,居高於繁華璀璨的中環區,客人可一邊用餐,一邊欣賞瞭闊的都市景色,最適合趁著年末,相約三五知己,把酒談天,大快朵頤。
精選主菜:龍蝦意大利飯 :
新鮮波士頓龍蝦直送餐廳,抺上牛油及白蘭地烤製,肉質彈牙鮮美,份外香甜。意大利飯以龍蝦湯熬煮,盡吸蝦的鮮甜味道,飯粒咬口煙韌,加入龍蝦肉粒及番紅花忌廉醬,口感飽滿而細膩。

Azure Restaurant Slash Bar presents the Lobster Sensation 5-course Set Dinner during October to December, showcasing an array of heart-warming cuisine with the overwhelming Lobster Risotto as highlight. As the year coming to the finale, treat yourself better and round up 2016 with gourmet delicacies!
Azure’s creative culinary team selects exquisite seasonal ingredients of Autumn and Winter to craft nourishing dishes. Located on the 29th and 30th Floors of Hotel LKF by Rhombus, Azure overlooks the spectacular Central skyline. Diners can enjoy a luxurious dining experience while be fascinated by the wonderful city views.
Signature dishes: Lobster Risotto
Fresh Boston lobsters are shipped directly to the restaurant, baked with butter and Brandy so as to bring out the juicy and chewy flavour of the lobster meat. Risotto is cooked with lobster soup, enriched by the fresh sweetness and cooked to perfection with the tender taste of saffron cream sauce. Thus the chewy lobster meat is combined with fresh risotto, adding a joint flavour rich of nutrition and tender with softness.
