Seasonal Mushroom Specialities
Mushrooms come in different shapes, fragrances and textures. Chef Leong, the Executive Chinese Chef of the restaurant, applies both traditional and fusion cooking techniques to present the unique characteristic of each type of mushroom in eight distinctive dishes.

- Sautéed sliced pork with maitake mushrooms in XO sauce (HK$258)
- Steamed chicken fillets with tea tree mushrooms in lotus leaf (HK$218/half ; HK$418/whole)
- Morel mushrooms stuffed with crab meat in pumpkin soup (HK$368)
- Sizzling pan-fried portobello mushroom burger with hamburg steak and cheese (HK$288)
- Braised pearl barley with whole abalone and porcini mushrooms (HK$368 per person)
