Most importantly, a scrumptious meal featuring a splendid spread of festive delicacies is the highlight of the festival.
To celebrate this jubilant season, The Harbourview has prepared for you and your family a fabulous dinner buffet to welcome the year of the Rat.
Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet
An extensive array of signature dishes of “Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw” Dinner Buffet will be presented, including Fish Maw Terrine with Pig Ear, Abalone Salad with Cucumber and Jellyfish, Deep-fried Shrimp Dumplings stuffed with Sea Cucumber, Capellini with Abalone and Tiger Prawns, Fried Rice with Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Assorted Seafood, Stewed Pork Tendon with Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber, Braised Vegetables with Fish Maw and Conpoy, and Wonton Chicken Soup with Fish Maw in Clay Pot. A complimentary serving of Double-boiled Soup with Teal, Matsutake, Conpoy and Abalone will be served to our patrons.
U.S. Oysters on ice and Herb-crusted Leg of Lamb are the mouthwatering dishes which will be additionally offered in the dinner buffet. Festive dishes such as Deep-fried Crispy Chicken, Wok-fried Tiger Prawns with Spicy Tomato Sauce, Braised Pig’s Tongue with Black Moss in Abalone Sauce, Glutinous Rice with Assorted Preserved Meat, and Fried Dumplings are lavishly presented to welcome the new year on a delectable note.
Other delicacies like fresh seafood including Canadian Snow Creb Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Clams, Shrimps, Blue Mussels, and Babylon Shells, and sashimi including Salmon, Octopus, Snapper, Hokkaido Scallop, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai, and Hamachi are not-to-be-missed. Other Hot Dishes such as Roasted U.S. Sirloin of Beef, Roasted German Sausage Platter, Roast Peking Duck with Condiments, Ox Tongue in Beef Vegetable Broth, Pork Shogayaki with Vegetables, Chicken Rendang, Braised Lamb Legs with Marsala Wine and Root Vegetables Broth, Sautéed Mussels with White Wine, Chicken Satay, Roasted Rockfish Fillet with Sambal Sauce, Sautéed Vegetables with Thai Red Curry, Roasted Eggplant with Teriyaki Sauce, Mixed Seafood Pizza, Assorted Chinese Dim Sum, Steamed Fresh Sabah Grouper, etc., will be rotationally provided.
In addition to MÕVENPICK ice cream which has 8 flavours, the signature desserts Crunchy Yogurt Parfait with Mixed Berries, Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cake, and ^Pancake Soufflé in Japanese Style will be available.
