Cucina：意式佳節盛宴 除夕暢飲禮遇
位於酒店6樓的Cucina意大利餐廳，是慶祝聖誕、迎接新年的理想地方。意籍總廚Andrea Delzanno於平安夜、聖誕節及除夕晚上精心主理意式晚宴，讓您在一望無際的維港景色下盡情品嚐意國佳餚。12月24日及12月25日晚宴美饌包括前菜醃製黃金三文魚伴鵪鶉蛋、刁草忌廉汁及Oscietra魚子醬、主菜燒牛柳伴粟子、小椰菜及雜莓汁。平安夜晚宴特別呈獻鯖魚柳伴茴香、蠶豆、番茄及熱情果汁，充滿特色。甜點迷你聖誕樹 造型別緻可愛、為浪漫之夜畫上完美句號。
聖誕節當日，Andrea同時呈獻節日早午餐，以各款美食包括滿載生蠔、龍蝦的海鮮塔、意式前菜、鴨肝漢堡、即製自選麵條及多款意式主菜選擇如聖誕火雞，以及即席烹調的橙酒班戟，歡度佳節。

Savour authentic Italian dishes with dazzling views during Christmas and New Year celebrations. Italian Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno will create a classic Italian set dinner with seasonal sparkle on 24 and 25 December. The Christmas Eve and Christmas Day set dinner includes Marinated Salmon with Gold Leaf, Quail Egg, Dill Cream Sauce and Oscietra Caviar; and a main course of Roasted Beef Sirloin with Chestnut, Brussel Sprouts and Berries Sauce. Fillet of Mackerel with Fennel, Fava Beans, Tomatoes and Passion Fruit Sauce is specially served on Christmas Eve. Completing the meal on a sweet note is the Piccolo Christmas Tree with an adorable Santa Claus – definitely an Instagram-worthy dessert.
During Christmas brunch on 25 December, feast on a seafood tower of oysters, lobster and many other delicacies of the deep, plus authentic Italian antipasti, duck liver burgers, cooked-to-order pastas, a selection of hot main dishes including Christmas turkey, plus freshly-made Crepe Suzette for dessert.
A New Year’s Eve 6-course set dinner showcases sophisticated Italian flavours, starting the night with Lobster and Duck Liver Terrine with Rhubarb and Oscietra Caviar. Mains include Baked Salmon Trout with Green Asparagus, Salmon Egg and Dill Foam, and Roasted Mayura Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Sweet Garlic Puree’ and Peppercorn Sauce. A dessert finale of Strawberry Mousse with Lime Jelly and Fresh Berries completes the last night of the year in a memorable way.
