由於君悅咖啡廳去年於自助晚餐推出的寰宇龍蝦菜式,反應熱烈,今年6月至7月,助理行政總廚Marc Briol將在咖啡廳再次推出龍蝦主題自助晚餐,加入全新款式展現給龍蝦愛好者。
美國緬因州及加拿大新斯科舍省的大西洋海域一般在4月至5月變暖,棲息於溫暖海洋的龍蝦於6月左右最為肥美鮮甜。咖啡廳直接跟緬因州的當地漁夫合作,將捕獲的龍蝦每星期三次空運直送酒店,確保新鮮。
在自助晚餐時段,咖啡廳為您揭開龍蝦盛宴的序幕。主打菜式包括香焗龍蝦酥皮、周打龍蝦忌廉湯、七味醬龍蝦配三文魚籽軍艦壽司、芝士焗龍蝦通心粉和龍蝦雪糕三文治等。
香焗龍蝦酥皮
以經典「酥皮餡餅」作為品嚐龍蝦佳餚的開始。鬆化的酥皮盛着鮮嫩龍蝦肉及香甜蛋漿,豐富餡料則帶給您濃厚滿足的美味體驗。
周打龍蝦忌廉湯
這道源於法國的海鮮濃湯鲜甜细腻,啖啖龍蝦肉,帶給您特別的用餐體驗。
七味醬龍蝦配三文魚籽軍艦壽司

With the Atlantic lobsters around Maine and Nova Scotia feeding in the warmer waters of April and May, they have reached the peak of their season by June. Sweet and juicy they are fully grown into their shells in this season and in the best state of the year.
Grand Café is working with fisherman in Maine directly, so we are able to get these sustainable lobsters fresh from the boat to our door three times per week.
Discover and begin your lobster night at Grand Café with highlights such as the classic vol au vent, the traditional French lobster stew, the Japanese Gunkan-maki with seven spice mayonnaise, lobster mac and cheese and the not-to-be-missed Berliner sandwich with lobster ice cream.

Kick off your lobster evening with this classic Western appetizer with creamy cocktail dressing and crispy puff pastry stuffed with lobster meat. It offers a smooth, creamy texture complementing the light and flaky texture of the pastry.
