Osteria’s native Italian head chef, Paolo Federici, has created an array of authentic Italian antipasti, such as marinated sardines salad with chickpeas and orange, pickled salmon trout with vegetables, baked Italian red chicory, pasta salad with grilled vegetables, taggiasche olives and feta cheese, preserved turnip’s top with parmesan cheese, smoked goose ham and a selection of cold cuts, etc.
