This autumn, Chef de Cuisine Patrick McDermott has decided to showcase seasonal sustainable specialties at Grand Café. Norway Salmon pastrami, Beer-battered Atlantic cod and Scottish mussels and the whole yellow fin tuna displayed. Chefs will freshly make tuna tartare, slice tataki or roll up sushi. We will be serving Nutella-filled Bungeoppang or Taiyaki (fish-shaped waffles) for dessert, offering your sweet tooth a taste of Korean-Japanese street food culture.
