每位付費成人惠顧更可獲贈芝士焗龍蝦半隻。主打推介即煮大廚精選,每晚輪流供應五款即煮滋味菜式,特色推介香辣三文魚、焗威靈頓牛柳、摩洛哥羊柳、焗黑菌牛油帆立貝及焗蘋果金寶等,絕對能滿足每一位食客的口味。

Seafood Feast Dinner Buffet
Kudos newly presents Seafood Feast Dinner Buffet starting from now features an array of refreshing and premium seafood, bringing you a journey with scrumptious seafood.
More than 10 types of appetizers and hot dishes like Whelk Cooked in Spicy Wine Sauce, Baked Sole with Herd Breadcrumb and Soft Shell Crab with Salty Egg will be served on rotation. Argentinian 7-inch Red Prawn sashimi, luscious seafood-on-ice and the Japanese sashimi will surely delight fans of seafood. Scallop sashimi, Abalone sashimi and freshly-shucked oyster will be specially served on every Friday, Saturday and Public Holidays.
Each paying adult can enjoy a complimentary half piece of Lobster Thermidor. Our Daily Chef Specials will surely be the highlight of the buffet. Five dishes will be freshly prepared each night and served on rotation, including Cajun Salmon, Roasted Wellington Tenderloin with Red Wine, Moroccan Lamb, Baked Hokkaido Hotate with Truffle, Apple Crumble and more.
Together with a selection of Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream and Italian gelato, our desserts on rotation feature fresh lemon tart, crème brûlée, bailey mousse and coconut milk & mixed bean sweet soup with mango.
