麗景酒店AVA Restaurant Slash Bar向來走在飲食潮流尖端,主廚更時刻本着「不時不食」的原則,定期推出各款新菜式,務求為食客獻上豐盛的味覺享受。今年夏天,摩洛哥主廚Faycal El Moujahid嚴選各種優質時令海鮮,創作出多道鮮味至極的佳饌,為客人帶來無限滋味。「味」力環球海鮮薈各款菜式由2019年7月1日起供應至9月30日。
五大環球海鮮菜式 匠心譄出鮮味盛宴
炎炎夏日,適合品嘗較清新輕怡的菜式,而以海鮮為主食材的菜式便最為合宜。AVA Restaurant Slash Bar摩洛哥主廚Faycal El Moujahid特意搜羅不同海鮮入饌,當中更不乏矜貴之選,包括生蠔、阿拉斯加蟹腳、軟殼蟹及法國龍脷等,譄出一系列「鮮」味美饌。
「極尚海鮮塔」
海鮮塔雲集多種盡受港人熱愛的海鮮,包括生蠔、阿拉斯加蟹腳、藍青口、海螺、大蝦及海螯蝦而成,款款海鮮均鮮甜味美,讓食客感受無限滋味,必定能俘虜海鮮愛好者的味蕾。(HK$598,2位用)
「香煎法式龍脷」
主廚特意選用法國頂級龍脷魚入饌,魚肉鮮甜,肉質爽彈,配上新鮮法邊豆、香烤車厘茄、清新香檸奶油汁,交織出讓人回味再三的味覺享受。(HK$588)
「白酒汁煮青口」
青口本已鮮甜,簡單配上以白酒、洋蔥、香草、鮮茄、法式酸奶油等食材烹調而成的濃郁醬汁,整道菜式頓時惹味無比。(HK$228)
「酥香軟殼蟹」
這道菜式源於日本名物「天婦羅」,表層炸至金黃,內層則充分保留蟹肉的鮮甜,口感香脆,配上特製的香料芒果莎莎醬,清新而略帶酸甜,味道更顯豐富,為喜愛東洋風味的客人必試之選。(HK$158)
「意式八爪魚刺身」
薄薄的八爪魚刺身伴以西班牙紅椒、九芽菜沙律、特製番茄鯷魚醬汁及橄欖油作為點綴,不但讓菜式造型生色不少,食客更可感受各式食材的原味。(HK$168)
每週「海陸雙重奏之夜」
由7月3日起,主廚誠意於每週三晚呈獻「海陸雙重奏」,精選各式頂級牛排,包括美國肉眼、牛里脊肉及西冷牛排等,客人另可自選各款海鮮,包括龍蝦、虎蝦、青口及帶子等,盡情投入一場豪華的味覺饗宴。

Welcome the summer season with a refreshing yet savoury Seafood Fiesta! AVA Restaurant Slash Bar will once again takes connoisseurs onto a culinary journey in which guests can sample a selection of premium seafood. The new dishes will be available from 1 July to 30 September 2019.
A Seafood Feast with refined ingredients
There’s no better way to enjoy sizzling summer nights than sampling a sumptuous fare under the enchanting Victoria Harbour view. Featuring a selection of seasonal seafood including oysters, Alaskan crab legs, soft-shell crab and Dover sole, the Summer Seafood Fiesta will delight guests with an array of exquisite savouries.

Chef Faycal El Moujahid has created the feast with premium ingredients that are loved by guests:
“Premium Seafood Tower”
Featuring a selection of seafood including oysters, Alaskan crab legs, blue mussels, sea whelks, shrimps and langoustine, the seafood tower is set to provide all diners with the freshest taste (HK$598 for 2 persons)
“Dover Sole Meuniere”
Considered as one of the premium fish in European waters, the French Dover Sole Meuniere perfectly matches with Chef’s housemade lemon caper butter sauce. Served with seasonal sides of French bean and roasted cherry tomatoes, the cuisine will delight all seafood lovers (HK$588)
“Live Mussel”
Meaty and delicate in texture with unique flavour, the live mussels are cooked to perfect with aromatic white wine sauce, herbs and parsley as well as onions and chopped tomatoes (HK$228)
“Deep-fried Soft-shell Crab”
Crispy and golden brown, this dish is inspired by the all-time favourite Japanese tempura. Served with spiced mango salsa, the sweet and sour flavour makes it a tempting savoury for summer (HK$158)
“Octopus Carpaccio”
Thinly sliced octopus is served with flavourful piquillo peppers, refreshing frisee salad, housemade sauce and extra olive oil, this Italian signature delight will give the freshest moments to all seafood lovers (HK$168)
Weekly Surf & Turf Night
All food lovers can look forward to AVA’s brand new “Surf & Turf Night”! Available on every Wednesday from 3 July, guests can create their very own taste from a selection of quality steak cuts including US prime beef, tenderloin and striploin as well as freshest from the sea including rock lobsters, tiger prawns, black mussels and diver scallops.
