唯港薈(Hotel ICON)大堂餐廳 GREEN 將於今年 7 月至 8 月與著名瑞士雪糕品牌攜手推出 MÖVENPICK®盛夏甜蜜雪糕下午茶,以 MÖVENPICK® 全新限定口味的雪糕設計出一系列別出心裁的誘人甜點,與客人共同迎接炎炎夏日。
今個仲夏,MÖVENPICK®雪糕將推出以蛋糕口味為主題的全新限定系列,當中包括曲奇 焦糖、檸檬批和黑森林蛋糕口味。酒店糕餅行政總廚何維城師傅(Danny Ho) 特別以這幾 款 MÖVENPICK®雪糕入饌,悉心製作出一系列以繽紛水果及夏日田園為主題朱古力雪糕 甜品,讓食客細意品嚐精緻的雪糕美點、英式傳統及朱古力鬆餅、焦糖曲奇雪糕小盆栽 一個和無限量供應的 MÖVENPICK®雪糕。
全新的檸檬批口味由天然檸檬果醬及檸檬果汁配上幼滑的雪糕及瑞士餅廚特製的曲奇 粒製成,曲奇粒特別用上法國海鹽平衡牛油餅底的甜度,完美帶出檸檬批甜而不膩的口
感。MÖVENPICK®雪糕更從來自世界各地的二十款車厘子中精心挑選當中最頂級的一款, 炮製出極富層次的黑森林蛋糕雪糕,務求還原此蛋糕的味道,帶領客人細嚐瑞士工匠的 雪糕藝術。而 MÖVENPICK®雪糕的全新曲奇焦糖口味以瑞士餅廚特製的曲奇粒製成,使 曲奇粒能保持香脆口感,且完美配搭揉合了 14%焦糖醬的鮮奶油雪糕,每一啖都能感 受到都能感受到外軟內脆的口感,匠心工藝叫人一試難忘。
除了精緻的雪糕甜點外,MÖVENPICK®盛夏甜蜜雪糕下午茶另提供一系列令人垂涎的鹹 點,包括辣肉腸水牛芝士多士、香脆蘑菇酥、鮮茄汁辣蝦串、煙三文魚香草巴馬臣芝士 多士及黑魚子醬釀薯波,以及自選自家製檸檬汁、即磨咖啡或茶。

In July and August 2019, GREEN at Hotel ICON and Mövenpick® Ice Cream welcome warmer weather with the freshness of the Swiss Alps through a summer edition afternoon tea adventure.
Get ready for an ice cream overload, with unlimited scoops of Mövenpick® Ice Cream’s latest delectable flavours including Cookies & Caramel, Black Forest Cake and Lemon Pie. Mövenpick® Ice Cream crafts all their ice cream with care, purity, passion and joy, helping them become the famous Swiss ice cream of today. Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho, Hotel ICON has masterfully infused the creamy ingredients from Mövenpick® Ice Cream into unique and delicious treats for guests to savour spoon by spoon. The chocolate coated ice cream treats shaped into delicate summer fruits, beautifully designed Cookie & Caramel Potted Plant Dessert and freshly baked Traditional British and Chocolate Scones are an experience too bliss to miss.
Mövenpick® Ice Cream’s Lemon Pie Ice Cream was crafted with the zingy and natural freshness of lemon purée and lemon juice on a sorbet basis with the creaminess of meringue ice cream, mixed with crumbly butter biscuit pieces, perfect for hot summer days. A touch of sea salt from Guérande in France brings out the texture of the biscuit pieces even better and balances the sweetness. The rich in chocolate and panna Black Forest Cake Ice Cream is mixed with aromatic cherry and soft biscuit pieces. The highlight of the new flavours is Mövenpick® Ice Cream’s Cookies & Caramel Ice Cream mixed with an overly
delicious 14% caramel sauce, the highest percentage among all their flavours. The assorted chocolate cookie pieces were uniquely created by Mövenpick® Ice Cream’s very own Swiss bakery to perfectly enhance this flavour.
Savoury highlights include the Chorizo Mozzarella on Toast, Mushroom Wellington Square, Bloody Mary with Shrimp Skewer, Roasted Potato Ball stuffed with Caviar and the much-adored Parmesan Pesto Toast with Smoked Salmon.
