Who doesn’t love to brunch? In addition to the beloved weekend brunch with unlimited appetisers and desserts with a choice of main course, GREEN is introducing Pacific oysters three ways.
Our fellow brunch lovers can look forward to a different style of cooked oysters each week^ with:
- Kaki Fry Oysters, a popular Japanese dish that is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside
- Oysters Mornay, a baked oyster dish enriched with grated Parmesan cheese and cream
- Steamed Oysters, prepared in Chinese style, sprinkled with Ginger and topped with Spring Onion
Enjoy the brunch buffet while sipping on a chilled glass of refreshing juice or soft drink.
