今個六月,唯港薈天外天中菜廳特意推出全新夏季精選佳餚,讓客人品嚐一系列以時令食材入饌的清新開胃菜式,配以一系列品酒師推薦的精選香檳,帶領食客展開與別不同的餐飲體驗。
天外天的廚師團隊特以時令瓜果入饌,以清新滋味刺激客人的味蕾。精選菜式包括酸甜醒胃的柚子蜂蜜脆蝦球、豉味尖椒沖繩涼瓜炒黑豚肉、金瑤勝瓜浸魚肚,以及釀入由荷蘭進口有機番茄的龍皇炒蛋白,為食客驅走夏日暑氣。

Beat the heat with various light, bright and cooling dishes specially crafted with seasonal fruits. Highlights include the sweet and sour Crispy Prawns with Pomelo and Honey Sauce, Wok-fried Kurobuta Pork with Okinawa Bitter Melon and Green Chilli Pepper in Black Bean Sauce, Braised Fish Maw with Shredded Conpoy and Luffa in Fish Broth and Wok-fried Lobster with Scallops and Egg White, Stuffed in Organic Tomato freshly imported from The Netherlands.
