想帶爸爸遊歷世界卻又未能實行嗎?灣景廳現幻化成居酒屋及韓食屋,配合優質的食材及傳統的烹調手法,呈獻吉列芝士黑豚肉、蜜桃咕嚕日本土雞、明太子焗廣島蠔、冰鎮北海道栗毛蟹、以及韓式泡菜、涼拌大豆芽、昆布沙律、高麗人蔘雞湯、韓式肥牛炒粉絲、韓式海鮮煎餅等一系列地道的東瀛及韓風美食,讓您與爸爸於一夜間味遊兩國,展開窩心難忘「滋」旅。
每位賓客更可免費享用香煎日本鹿兒島A4黑毛和牛1客;粉嫩透白的和牛片即場於鐵板爐上煎至金黃,入口甘香鬆化,肉香比油脂較重的A5和牛更濃厚,叫人一試傾心。
我們額外增設多款美食,款式之多定能滿足一家口味;先有清甜鮮香的淮山杞子燉乳鴿湯(每位1客),每一口盡是精華,盡顯貴氣,再有熱葷如慢燒美國有骨肉眼及黑啤慢煮和牛牛肋骨,惹味得令人回味無窮。

Father’s Day is coming soon! It is a perfect time to give thanks to your beloved dad for his love and contributions. Come and treat your dad to scrumptious buffets at Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview where savory delicacies are lovingly prepared for our special heroes.
Father’s Day Dinner Buffet
Available on 15 and 16 June, the dinner buffet will feature delectable dishes including Slow-roasted U.S. Beef Prime Rib, and Slow-braised Short Ribs of Wagyu Beef with Dark Beer which will be provided in the evening on Father’s Day and its eve. A complimentary serving of Double-boiled Soup with Pigeon, Yam and Wolfberry will be offered to each patron.
All the above mentioned mouthwatering dishes will be available in addition to the signature dishes of “Pop Kitchen” Japanese and Korean Dinner Buffet, including Japanese highlights such as Cheese Tonkatsu, Sweet and Sour Japanese Chicken with Peach, Baked Hiroshima Oyster with Mentaiko, and Hokkaido Hairy Crab on Ice, and Korean highlights such as Kimchi, Soybean Sprouts Salad and Kunbu Salad, Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup, Stir-Fried Sweet Glass Noodle with Beef in Korean Style, and Seafood Pancake in Korean Style. Each patron will receive a complimentary serving of Pan-fried Japan Kagoshima A4 Wagyu.
Pan-fried Japan Kagoshima A4 Wagyu (One serving per patron)
It is an a la minute signature dish prepared at Teppanyaki Station. The marbled beef is fried to medium after sprinkling with sea salt, filling the atmosphere with aromatic scent. The tenderly succulent meat will not only melt in your mouth but also melt your heart!
Fresh Seafood, Sashimi, and Other Delicacies
Other than the above appetising dishes, choices of fresh seafood including Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Pacific Sea Whelks, Fresh Clams, Fresh Shrimps, New Zealand Mussels are alternately served on the Assorted Seafood Platter. The Sashimi Counter serves various Sashimi selections such as Salmon, Octopus, Hokkaido Scallop, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai, Swordfish and Tuna. All are sliced on the spot and served on a rotational basis. All of the seafood and sashimi are sure to pamper your father’s palate with their fresh ocean tastes. There are choices of other hot dish items like Roasted U.S. Sirlion Beef and Rack of Lamb, Roast Peking Duck with Condiments, Slow-braised Beef Spare Ribs with Port Wine, Roasted Barbeque Baby Pork Spare Ribs in American Style, Braised Oxtail with Red Wine, Lamb Masala, Pan-seared Seabass Fillet with Spicy Pineapple Salsa, Baked Mussels with Cheese and White Sauce, Chicken Satay, Grilled Vegetables in Italian Style, Roasted New Potato with Garlic, Linguine with Clams and Garlic in White Wine Sauce, Fried Rice with Sakura Shrimp and Yunnan Ham, Steamed Fresh Sabah Grouper, Shrimp Paste stuffed in Marrow Melon,, etc., provided alternately.

Round off the lavish buffet with our irresistible MÕVENPICK Ice cream from Switzerland. 8 flavours are now offered for ice cream lovers, and homemade desserts such as Grapefruit White Wine Jelly, Tiramisu, Doughnut, Mango Mousse Cake, Chilled Sago Cream with Fresh Mango and Pomelo, Double-boiled Egg White with Ginger, Apple Crumble Cheesecake, Tofu Pudding, Sesame Seed Ball with Red Bean, Waffle, Deep-fried Sesame Ball with Salted Egg Yolk, Mini Portugese Custard Tart, Bread Pudding, and Chocolate Fountain with Condiments, etc., as well as the signature desserts Uji Matcha Serradura, ^Cheese Soufflé in Japanese Style, Kochi Yuzu and Honey Mousse Cake are available at the Dessert Counter.

Father’s Day Lunch Buffets are also served at Harbour Restaurant. In addition to a series of fresh seafood, salad and cold cuts, choices of soup and hot dish, 4 types of Sashimi including Salmon, Snapper, Amaebi, and Herring will be provided in addition to the available sashimi selection. Roasted Rack of Lamb with Herbs will be provided, too.
