柏景餐廳由前菜、沙律、即煮麵檔、即烤燒肉、熱盤至甜品,於不同的餐區均加入三地的美味元素,打造一趟味歷日、韓、台之旅。

鮮淮山蟹肉沙律金杯 – 鮮淮山是近年最具話題性的食材之一,味甘性平,補陰生津更健脾益氣,是養身的極品。以鮮淮山入饌,連同絲絲蟹肉及新鮮芒果一同釀於薄脆杯內,炮製成賞心悅目的沙律杯,「吸睛」同時養生!
日式清酒芝士扒扇貝 – 廚師將原隻扇貝連同日本清酒、味醂及巴馬臣芝士,一同於烤爐上烤焗,讓日本清酒完美滲至扇貝肉內,配上鰹魚絲提升扇貝鮮味,吃時散發淡淡清酒香氣,教人回味!
避風塘廣島蠔 –「避風塘」原是香港專門讓漁船暫避颱風的場所,於船上生活的居民其後發展出獨有的水上飲食文化,其後「避風塘」泛指一種香港式烹調方法,以香、辣、惹味見稱。廚師特選鮮生嫩滑、肥美飽滿的廣島蠔,將脆炸廣島蠔配上惹味「避風塘」醬料包括蒜頭、豆豉、辣椒等材料,獨特風味在舌尖迴縈。
韓式泡菜芝士焗龍蝦 – 於肉質鮮甜彈牙的波士頓龍蝦上舖滿香辣惹味的韓國泡菜,令鮮爽龍蝦肉沾滿酸香辛辣的泡菜汁,加上香濃芝士一同烤焗,多重滋味教人回味無窮。
台式麻辣烤沙巴龍躉 – 嗜辣的饗客於自助餐桌上亦可品嚐味道正宗的烤魚,以肉質嫩滑見稱的沙巴龍躉,配上令味蕾為之一振的秘製台式麻辣汁醬,加入鴨血、油豆腐、大蔥、指天椒等配菜製成麻辣烤魚,龍躉皮脆肉嫩,入口麻中帶辣,口感彈牙煙韌的鴨血更盡吸收麻辣湯的精華,愈吃愈滋味。
台式芝士奶蓋茶 – 「我 ♥ 日韓台」三重滋味自助餐更推出受歡迎程度一時無兩的芝士奶蓋茶,饗客於自助午餐及自助晚餐時段可無限添飲芝士奶蓋茶,選擇包括英式早餐茶、烏龍茶、鐵觀音及茉莉茶,每日輪流供應,鹹香濃稠的芝士奶蓋配上不同種類的茶,定必一試傾心!
其他垂涎菜式更會每日輪流供應,包括日本關東煮、辣酒花蛤佐白肉、人蔘雞湯、日式炭燒牛舌配照燒汁、珍珠奶茶奶凍、黑糖芋圓糖水、清酒啫喱伴青梅等。此外,豐富的自助餐桌上更供應滿載地道風味的海鮮美盡嚐饌、廚師即製菜式、特色甜點、Mövenpick 雪糕,款式琳瑯滿目,令人捧腹而回!
