晚宴由Billecart-Salmon的區域經理Clement Calleja主辦,這次他將帶來酒莊的經典佳作 – CUVÉE CNOLOLAS FRANÇOIS 2006,這一款創作於1964年,是對酒莊創始人的致敬之作。該款的原材料來自于Côte de Blancs 葡萄園(Chardonnay)以及Montagne de Reims(Pinot Noir),口感豐富,氣味迷人,擁有著誘人桃子香氣、宛如蘋果餡餅般酸甜可口的同時,又夾雜著檸檬馬鞭草茶般的清新。
該酒莊由Nicolas François Billecart和Elisabeth Salmon夫婦創立,於1818年結婚後,他們便回到法國家鄉Mareuil-sur-Aÿ開始了Maison Billecart-Salmon的家族生意。自酒莊成立以來,六代人已經成功接手了家族的生意。如今第七代人正準備掌舵。

Commemorating the Champagne house’s 200th anniversary, Chef de Cuisine, Matthias Knilling will be preparing an exclusive five-course menu, pairing it with the finest champagne from Billecart-Salmon.

Hosted by Clement Calleja, Regional Manager of Billecart-Salmon Champagne, the dinner will highlight CUVÉE NICOLAS FRANÇOIS 2006, an exceptional cuvée that was created in 1964 as a tribute to the House’s founder. Formed from the results of blending the Grands Crus by Côte de Blancs vineyards (Chardonnay) and the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir), the aroma of this champagne highlights preserved peaches, fine apple tart and lemon verbena tea.
Founded by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the couple started Maison Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, France, the family’s home town after they got married in 1818. Since its establishment, six generations have succeeded the family’s business with the seventh generation preparing to take the helm.
Priced at MOP 1,288+ per person, guest will be treated to a five-course dinner paired with house classic bottlings, including one prestige wines by Billecart-Salmon.
