Get a taste of Korean beef that successfully rivals the finest Wagyu from Japan showcasing tender texture, strong beefy flavour, yet without overwhelming fattiness attributed to generous marbling of the Japanese Wagyu beef. Made from a breed of relatively small cattle native to Korea, the Hanwoo (or Hanu) from Hadong and Hoengseong is amidst the most sought-after by meat-lovers in Asia these days.
For 2 months Yamm serves Korean beef dishes presented side by side popular delicacies made with praised cuts of Kumamoto and Kagoshima beef types from Japan. Try it in waffles, flamed sushi, delicate tempura, and in a sizzling hot pot to compare which beef type you are a bigger fan of!
