法國麵包蟹、雪花蟹腳、青口、凍蝦及太平洋螺等冰鎮海鮮及日式刺身等,為食客帶來一嘗環球海中鮮的滋味體驗。
二十款開胃前菜 現炸香脆港式小吃
多達二十款的開胃前菜及沙律將輪流上場。而一系列香脆的炸物無限量新鮮即炸,例如懷舊小吃蝦多士,是爽甜蝦肉和輕脆多士的完美結合;可口的炸威化紙海鮮卷又嚐到清甜無比的海鮮滋味;令人食指大動的炸蝦膠釀油條(鬼馬油炸鬼),無論男女老少均難以抗拒;還有可蘸點自家調製的開胃酸甜醬汁同吃的錦鹵雲吞,這經典的廣東脆炸點心,是百吃不厭之選。
豉油西餐經典主菜 優質靚扒
充滿香港風情的主菜,是香港情懷半自助晚餐的焦點之一,客人可從八款中自選一款,當中亦包括以優質海鮮及上乘肉扒入饌的自選主菜,一向是深受好評的一環。
數款主菜更切合「香港情懷」的主題,包括鐵板美國豬柳伴冧酒提子蘋果汁,是舊香港餐室風行一時的「豉油西餐」之一,淋上自家熬製的香濃燒汁,以熱烘烘的鐵板上桌時滋滋作響,集色香味一身。經典的英式菜式焗威靈頓牛柳伴牛仔汁將是牛迷的至愛,輕脆酥香的酥皮內是豐厚又粉嫩無比的牛柳,賣相已先聲奪人,中層的蘑菇粒和香草等餡料更豐富了牛柳的濃香和層次感。喜歡魚鮮的,定必也喜歡這道香草焗鱈魚柳伴番茄蓉汁,以香草增添魚柳的鮮香,加上飽滿又嫩滑的鱈魚帶著誘人的魚油,鮮甜得令人回味不已。
其他主菜選擇則有燒香蒜羊鞍伴羊燒汁、烤美國黑安格斯T骨牛扒(400克)伴牛仔肉汁(另加港幣$ 128及可獲贈精選紅酒一杯)、烤澳洲M6和牛肉眼扒(180克)伴牛仔肉汁(另加港幣$ 138及可獲贈精選紅酒一杯),還有海鮮選擇香煎大蝦伴龍蝦汁,或中式烹調的芝士汁焗或烤游水波士頓龍蝦(另加港幣$ 78及可獲贈精選紅酒一杯)。

而嗜甜一族也絕不會失望,除了多款西式糕餅甜點輪流上場,更有糖不甩、椰汁馬豆糕等經典中式甜點坐鎮甜品桌,街頭小吃紅豆砵仔糕更是驚喜之作,讓人甜上心頭。半自助晚餐同時供應Häagen-Dazs 雪糕及即製乳酪軟雪糕,一眾甜品控定必滿足而回。
行政半自助午餐
二月乍暖還寒時,Kudos星期一至五供應的行政半自助午餐推出滋補主題自助美食,如滋補紅棗杞子凍雞、黑豆黃耆雞翼、胡椒米酒排骨、紅棗當歸雞腳、清湯牛肉輪流供應,更無限量供應海鮮、刺身、壽司、前菜、沙律、餐湯、甜品等。主菜部分,可從七道菜式中自選一款,餐單每星期更換,二月推介包括:扒大蝦配菠菜仔伴芒果莎莎、泰式黃咖喱軟殼蟹配蒜蓉飽、宮保蝦球配絲苗白飯、香炸羊扒配燒新薯伴薄荷莎莎、烤或蒸原隻波士頓龍蝦等,選擇豐富,分量十足。

With a variety of seafood-on-ice including French edible crabs, snow crab legs, mussels, prawns, whelks and sashimi, Kudos is always committed to bringing fresh taste from ocean to plates.
Refreshing appetizers and deep-fried Hong Kong-style snacks made fresh
Up to 20 fascinating appetizers and salads are served in rotation. A series of crispy deep-fried foods are made fresh to serve, such as the nostalgic Hong Kong-style Deep-fried Shrimp Toast, which is the perfect match of the sweet taste of shrimps and crispy toast. Deep-fried Wafer Paper Seafood Rolls bring you the freshness from the ocean. Deep-fried Minced Prawn Stick is simply irresistible. And don’t ever miss to try the nostalgic Canton dim sum Deep-fried Wontons with a dip of the homemade sweet and sour sauce – you would not be able to resist another piece after the first.
Hong Kong-style Western Mains with quality steak
The spotlight of the Hong Kong-style Semi-buffet Dinner must be the local style main dishes. Guest can make their own choice for the main courses from a selection of eight dishes ranged from top quality seafood to finest steak. In line with the “Those were the Days” theme, a few of the mains are crafted featuring the ever-popular “Hong Kong-style Western Food” Sizzling US Pork Filet with Rum Raisin Apple Sauce. The Traditional English dish Baked Beef Wellington with Veal Jus will be desired by meat lovers. Fillet steak coated with spiced mushroom duxelles in puff pastry looks and tastes irresistible. Fish lovers will be fascinated by the Cod à la Provençale with Semi-dried Cherry Tomatoes and Tomato Concasse. The herbs give flavor to the rather fatty and tender codfish – it is simply delectable!
Other high quality main course choices include Roast Rack of Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic with Lamb Gravy, Grilled US Black Angus Porterhouse Steak (400g) with Veal Jus which is served with a complimentary glass of red wine at a supplement of HK$138, Grilled Australian M6 Wagyu Beef Rib Eye (180g) with Veal Jus which is served with a complimentary glass of red wine at a supplement of HK$158. Choices for seafood lovers are Grilled King Prawn with Lobster Sauce and Grilled or Baked Live Boston Lobster with Cheese Sauce which is served with a complimentary glass of red wine at a supplement of HK$98.
Hong Kong-style Signature Desserts
The sweet tooth will never be disappointed too. In addition to a wide range of western cakes and desserts served in rotation, the classic Chinese desserts such as Glutinous Rice Balls with Peanuts & Sesame and Coconut Pudding with Split Peas will be always found on the sweet section. The Red Bean Rice Flour Pudding is another classic street food to bring you surprises too. Häagen-Dazs and homemade yogurt are also served at the semi-buffet to satisfy your craving for sweets.
Executive Semi-buffet Lunch
In February when the weather is still chilly, Kudos presents Executive Semi-buffet Lunch from Monday to Friday, featuring nourishing foods such as Chilled Nourishing Chicken with Dates and Wolfberries, Slow Cooked Chicken Wings with Black Beans and Dried Astragalus, Pork Ribs with Pepper and Wine, Chicken Feet with Dates and Chinese Angelica, Stewed Beef in Broth served in rotation to keep you warm. Seafood, sashimi, sushi, appetizers, salads, soups and desserts are also served unlimitedly. Guests can choose from a menu of seven main courses which rotates weekly. The wide selection of food can be so gratifying and recommendations for February include Grilled Prawns with Spinach and Mango Salsa, Thai Yellow Curry Soft Shell Crab with Garlic Bread, Kung Po Prawns with Jasmine Rice, Deep-fried Lamb Cutlet with Potatoes and Mint Salsa, Grilled or Steamed Whole Boston Lobster.
