Start the romantic evening with the enticing appetisers featuring the lightly salty 36-month hand-carved Iberico ham with truffle honey and the delicate seafood tower with decadent blood orange honey vinaigrette, followed by Jerusalem artichoke soup with cheese toast or purple cauliflower bisque.
