Kudos將為每位惠顧節慶香草派對半自助晚餐的成人送上一客矜貴滋潤的鮑魚花膠淮山杞子燉湯,讓客人於品嘗各式冷凍海鮮及頭盤前,增添一份暖意窩心。而Kudos的焦點──即開時令生蠔,將於十二月繼續源源不絕送上來自法國Fine de Claire、美國太平洋生蠔及愛爾蘭石蠔三款生蠔。當然,還有法國麵包蟹、雪花蟹腳、凍蝦、青口、太平洋螺及龍蝦仔等冰鎮環球海鮮,以及三文魚、鯛魚、八爪魚、吞拿魚、鯛魚、甜蝦刺身等,為節日慶典揭開序幕。
香草變奏驚喜主題菜餚
香草能令菜式更添層次和深度,提升菜式的色、香、味,尤其是每逢節慶和聚會,香草總是發揮著重要的功效,讓人留下深刻印象。今年 Kudos 的節慶自助餐,便把各式各樣的香草發揮得淋漓盡致,以薄荷、迷迭香、刁草,以至百里香、香茅及茴香等,融入前菜、沙律、熱盤及七款自選主菜之中,叫人驚喜不絕。
前菜無論是生帶子薄切配薄荷青檸汁、迷迭香橄欖油香蒜燒奶油瓜、日式燒蠔冷麵伴香葱,或沙律烤海鮮茴香刁草鮮橙沙律,均各顯風格;以香草入饌熱葷,更設計出多國風味,例如中式的紅燒乳鴿,以五香粉的調味鹽醃製,格外惹味;香茅製成醬汁的黃金炸蝦餅,香脆可口;還有燒火雞伴百里香汁、香草牛油焗田螺薯蓉等菜式,充滿新鮮感,令人百吃不厭。

Freshly-shucked oysters, hand-picked seafood and double-boiled soup
Each adult patron of the Festive Semi-buffet Dinner will be served a complimentary bowl of heartwarming Double-boiled Abalone, Fish Maw, Chinese Yam and Wolfberry Soup. Freshly-shucked oysters are always the focus; Kudos will continue to bring Fine de Claire from France, Pacific from the US and Irish Rock from Ireland. With a variety of seafood-on-ice including French edible crab, snow crab leg, prawn, mussel, whelks, yabbie and a range of sashimi including salmon, octopus, tuna, snapper and amaebi served at the buffet, Kudos is ready to kick start the festive celebrations.
Spice up the themed dishes
Spices build layers of flavors and deepen tastes. They play an essential role to impress in the festive season. Kudos Festive Spices Buffets will feature a wide range of spices including mint, rosemary, valerian, thyme, lemongrass and fennel in appetizers, salads, hot dishes and the seven main dishes.
Starting the feast in style with an array of appetizers such as Scallop Carpaccio with Mint Lime Vinaigrette, Roasted Butternut with Thyme and Garlic with Virgin Olive Oil, Yaki Oyster Soba Noodle with Scallion and Grilled Seafood with Fennel, Dill and Orange; adding spices to various hot dishes such as enticing Crispy Skin Pigeon with Five Spicy Salt, Golden Fried Thai Prawn Cake with Lemongrass Sauce, Roasted Turkey with Giblet Thyme Gravy and Baked Escargots in Garlic and Mixed Herb Butter on Mashed Potato, the enriched tastes will definitely impress diners.
Distinctive spices enriching tastes of main courses
Spices will also bring out the tastes of the seven main course selections. The lemongrass cream sauce balanced the rich taste of lobster meat in Grilled Whole Fresh Boston Lobster or Baked Whole Live Boston Lobster in Cheese Sauce. The custom made pink peppercorn sauce adds assorted flavors to the Grilled Australian M6 Wagyu Beef Rib Eye (180g) and Seared Australian Beef Tenderloin and Duck Liver, making them more luscious. Grilled King Prawn and Scallop with Tarragon Butter Sauce will impress diners with its aroma while Seared Cod Fish Fillet with Dill Cream Sauce will grab diners’ hearts with its tender texture. If you love flavorful aroma, Pan-fried Lamb Chop with Rosemary Sauce and Seared Kurobuta Pork Loin Boneless with Thyme Sauce will be your choice. Nevertheless the extraordinary tastes of spices will be so irresistible for seafood or meat lovers.

More than twenty selected desserts served in rotation include Christmas Chocolate Yule Log, Christmas Pudding with Cognac Vanilla Sauce, Christmas Stollen, Panettone and Christmas Cookies. The two latest flavors of Häagen-Dazs mochi ice cream will be served with unlimited supply. The Japanese Cheesecake flavor blending cream and soft cheese with lumpy mochi will tempt every taste buds.
