The China Coast Bar + Grill features a five-course menu highlighting appetizers of Foie Gras Terrine with Fig Puree, followed by Lobster Ravioli with Basil Mousseline and Baked Onion and Ox Tail Soup. The choice of main courses include Baked Lobster Thermidor in French Style or Grilled Tomahawk Rib with Buttered Truffle Mashed Potato.
