This Fall, Executive Sous Chef Horace Chim showcases his culinary flair by bringing out the best combination of the unique flavour and texture by a finger-licking “Beef me Up!” degustation dinner which features M5 grading Australian Wagyu Beef. “Beef me Up!” degustation dinner and a la carte dinner menus are available between Monday and Thursday from now until 31 January 2019.
