於阿拉斯加皇帝蟹及鴨肝自助晚餐中,馬哥孛羅咖啡廳特意選取有「蟹中之王」美譽之稱的阿拉斯加的帝皇蟹,又名鱈場蟹的牠生長於北太平洋的深水海域,在無污染的環境下天生天養,特別肥美。其蟹腳比身軀長三倍以上,因而蟹腳肉最為肥美鮮甜,最適合新鮮品嚐。推廣期間,餐廳除了提供冰鎮松葉蟹、時令生蠔 更有阿拉斯加帝皇蟹腳 無限量供應,爽口鮮甜的蟹肉,讓人一試難忘。
開胃的蟹肉前菜推介包括蟹柳配燒南瓜沙律、蟹子三文魚薯仔沙律 及蟹肉芒果木瓜沙律等。其他熱葷包括蟹湯、香辣蟹、咖哩蟹 及蟹肉龍蝦批,每晚輪流登場,款款各具滋味。晚餐更有即席炮製的香煎鴨肝。每位賓客於晚餐時段可無限添飲汽水及指定啤酒。

From now until 31 October 2018, experience the perfect pairing of two gastronomic indulgences at Cafe Marco’s Alaskan King Crab and Duck Liver Dinner Buffet. Smooth, savoury duck liver and the delicate sweetness of “the king of crabs” are highlighted in an array of chef-crafted dishes.
Crab is an excellent source of protein and vitamins, and the chefs at Cafe Marco add other nutritious ingredients making many of the dishes ideal for health-conscious diners. Chilled Alaskan King Crab together with Snow Crab will be served each night during the promotion period at Cafe Marco. Creative cold and hot dishes with Alaskan king crab include Crab Meat and Crab Stick Pumpkin Salad, Crab Roe and Salmon Potato Salad and Crab Meat Mango and Papaya Salad. Crab Meat Lobster Pot Pie will also be freshly prepared every night. Rich-flavoured duck liver is another highlight of the dinner buffet – don’t miss the Pan-fried Duck Liver seared a la minute at the buffet counter. Dinner buffet guests can enjoy a complimentary free flow of soft drinks and selected beers.
