Regal Palace is going to launch a new Delights of Summer set dinner menu from 1 August to 30 September 2018. Each dish is meticulously designed by the Executive Chef, Christopher Yeung. In addition to the premium courses such as Black Truffle with Scrambled Egg, Crab Meat and Conpoy and Braised Whole Abalone with Japanese Soya Sauce, Chef Yeung also creates a series of healthy and refreshing dishes for summer time such as Japanese Pumpkin and Vegetable Tempura, Udon with Homemade Mushroom Sauce, Sweetened Sago Cream with Quinoa.
