During weekends and public holidays in July and August, [email protected] launches a Fruity Summer Fun Afternoon Tea Buffet, serving rich and sweet desserts made from seasonal fruits. Recommendations include Durian Cheese Tart, Fixed Fruit Cornmeal Cobbler, Almond Apricot Cheesecake, Cherry Financiers and Strawberry Short Cake. Don’t miss the freshly baked Waffles with Coconut Ice Cream and the Chocolate Fountain, a kids’ favourite.
To beat the summer heat, [email protected] introduces a Summer Ice Cream High Tea Set available daily in the afternoons from 3:00-5:30pm. Nine delectable sweet and savoury delicacies are presented on a three-storey tea stand, with 2 scoops of ice cream. Three kinds of exquisite ice cream treats made from Premium Swiss Mövenpick Ice Cream – Maple Walnut Ice Cream Sandwich, Swiss Dark Chocolate Trinidad Ice Cream Burger and Stracciatella Ice Cream Cookies – are among the highlights. Alongside the famous Signature Blueberry Cheesecake, chef-crafted savoury treats include Soft Mini Muffin with Goose Liver Terrine and Black Lump Caviar, Norwegian Smoked Salmon Roll with Crab Meat Salad, Bruschetta with Italian Tomato and Fresh Basil plus Turkey and Cream Cheese Finger Sandwich.
