夏日炎炎，正好是盡情品嘗清涼消暑甜品的最佳季節。城市花園酒店綠茵閣於7月3日至8月31日期間推出的「盛夏甜品圓舞曲」自助晚餐雲集各式佳饌及甜點，讓客人與親朋好友共享滋味。自助餐更特別呈獻以「熱帶果王」製成的足料榴槤雪條，讓一眾榴槤愛好者大飽口福。
甜品專櫃於今夏以全新面貌呈現於食客眼前。充滿夏日氣息的「小清新系列」包括「熱情果奶凍」、「青蘋果白朱古力慕絲蛋糕」、「士多啤梨玫瑰慕絲蛋糕」及「菠蘿椰子蛋糕」，讓人一試傾心。色、香、玩味俱備的「榴槤雪條」也會於今夏降臨綠茵閣。甜品師於榴槤味雪條表層抹上新鮮榴槤蓉，令榴槤味加倍。客人更可選擇於表面裹上黑、白朱古力、芒果或士多啤梨口味脆皮，然後加上不同配料，令造型更多姿多采，更適合拍照及於社交平台與好友分享。
廚師精製多款「回本菜」：「即煎澳洲和牛」油脂豐膄、肉質嫰滑，教人欲罷不能；「海鮮層層塔」滙聚多種海鮮；「醬燒日式鱔」，白鱔肥美油甘而肉質爽彈，配上日式醬汁則更添惹味。鍾情於和風料理的食客，定必不可錯過「霜燙三文魚壽司」、「牛油果吉列蝦壽司」和「龍蝦沙律卷」。而「環球鮮味廊」亦繼續無限量供應雪花蟹腳、麵包蟹、虎蝦、法國青口及翡翠螺等，必定贏得海鮮迷的芳心。
為迎合世界盃熱潮，自助晚餐特設伏特加酒，讓客人感受俄羅斯的賽事氣氛。而愛好非酒精飲品的客人則可享用無限量供應的汽水及果汁等。

Summer is in the air and there is no better way to beat the heat than with ice lollies and refreshing desserts!
“Sweeet Summer” dinner buffet at Garden Café from 3 July to 31 August, featuring DIY durian ice lollies and a spread of fruit-infused summertime desserts like Passion Fruit Panna Cotta, Green Apple and White Chocolate Mousse Cake, Strawberry and Rose Mousse Cake and Pineapple Sponge Cake with Coconut.
Coated with natural durian flesh to enhance its distinctive taste, the creamy, flavourful durian ice lolly will definitely capture the attention of all durian lovers. Guests can complement this frozen dessert by dipping it into one of the four different fudges – chocolate, white chocolate, strawberries and mango, and decorate with colourful toppings which add a little extra crunch and texture to the lolly.
A wide variety of savoury and seafood dishes will be served including the melt-in-your-mouth Pan-fried Australian Wagyu Beef, the delicious Seafood Tower and the succulent Crispy Grilled Eel with Teriyaki Sauce which is the new must-try! For more, diners can indulge in a selection of sashimi, aburi sushi and well-loved seafood such as snow crabs, brown crabs, tiger prawns, French mussels, Jade spiral shells, Seared Salmon Sushi, Shrimp Tempura Roll with Avocado and Lobster Salad Roll.
With the World Cup fever reaching a height, Garden Café will serve unlimited vodka shots to celebrate Russia’s national spirit during the world’s biggest sporting event. There will also be free flowing soft drinks, juice, tea and coffee, allowing guests to share a cosy evening with friends and family with fantastic food and drinks.
