信和酒店邀請了來自新加坡富麗敦酒店(The Fullerton Hotel)的副主廚王春振(Kelvin Wong)及其團隊在沙嗲軒駐場擔任客席廚師，為饕客帶來「新加坡美食之最」菜譜。餐單薈萃最能代表新加坡飲食文化及傳統的菜式，讓星洲菜的粉絲無需遠赴獅城亦可品嚐到最地道風味。「新加坡美食之最」菜譜將供應至8月9日。

推薦必吃包括「傳統潮州肉脞麵」、「參巴醬烤魔鬼魚」及「羊肉湯」。
