From 3 July to 30 September 2018, Centre Street Kitchen presents the irresistible French Vietnamese-inspired Dinner Buffet with a wide array of French and Vietnamese cuisine to satisfy diners’ palates. The highlighted delicacies including Glazed Duck Confit, Homemade Country Pork Pate with Pistachios, Vietnamese-style Tamarind Crab, Vietnamese Sugar Cane Shrimp, Cook-to-order Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup, Vietnamese Baguette, Opera Cake, Mixed Berry Millefeuille and more……all are made of fresh ingredients with distinctive exotic flavours. To enhance the enjoyment, each guest will receive a complimentary Pan-fired Giant Prawn with Garlic Butter & Pan-seared Foie Gras with Red Wine Poached Pear. For the table of two or above, a freshly baked Jumbo Orange & Lychee Soufflé will be presented to bring your night a perfect ending!
