由即日起至6月30日,馬哥孛羅咖啡廳於自助晚餐時段推出色香味俱全的龍蝦美饌及烤斧頭扒。於週末,餐廳呈獻甜蜜盛「燕」‧馬卡龍下午茶自助餐,餅廚炮製呈多款滋潤養顏的燕窩甜品及香脆美味的法式馬卡龍,滋味無窮。
龍蝦一向是自助餐桌中最受歡迎的海鮮。廚師團隊精心炮製一系列豐腴滋味的龍蝦頭盤及熱葷,包括龍蝦蟹籽沙律、豉椒炒龍蝦及龍蝦海鮮湯;每位賓客更可免費享用香煎波士頓龍蝦1客(半隻),惹味十足。
大廚隆重推介即席烤烘的重量級烤斧頭扒配約瑟布甸,讓愛吃肉類的賓客唾涎。由澳洲入口的斧頭扒約重6公斤,肉質鮮嫩多汁;大廚悉心控制火喉,把肉的表面烤得略帶香脆,同時鎖緊肉汁,讓賓客品嚐皮脆肉嫩的牛肉誘惑。逢星期五晚上7時30分,賓客可參加「估估斧頭扒有多重」遊戲,廚師會端出巨型斧頭扒,賓客估中或最接近的答案即有機會贏得免費自助晚餐。
除了斧頭扒及各式龍蝦美饌外,餐廳更提供多款精選冰鎮海鮮包括即叫即開的時令生蠔、龍蝦、松葉蟹、青口、翡翠螺、花甲 及凍蝦 ,讓賓客大快朵頤。
此外,餐廳於5月及6月的週末推出甜蜜盛「燕」‧馬卡龍下午茶自助餐。糕餅總廚施堅榮選用上等印尼燕窩,炮製一系列甜蜜滋潤的美肌甜點,當中包括蛋香撲鼻的燕窩葡撻,酥脆的撻皮,嫩滑的蛋漿,配上經浸泡一日、晶瑩剔透的燕窩,怎能不食指大動?其他滋潤養顏的甜點包括木瓜燕窩薑汁燉蛋、綠茶桂花果凍配燕窩、意大利乳清芝士蛋糕配西柚燕窩、燕窩生果壽司及椰汁芒果西米布甸等。同時,賓客可品嚐如彩虹般繽紛的精緻小巧馬卡龍甜品,如紅桑子朱古力馬卡龍撻及芒果燕窩馬卡龍等。每位賓客更可無限添飲果汁,讓您有個甜蜜寫意的週末。

In May and June, Cafe Marco entices gourmet connoisseurs with flavourful Lobster and Tomahawk Steak during the nightly dinner buffet. At weekends, a luxury Bird’s Nest and Macaron Afternoon Tea buffet will showcase a lavish choice of bird’s nest desserts along with a rainbow array of delicious and crispy macarons.
Lobster is always a favourite on a gourmet buffet. Taking lobster to a new level of indulgence, the talented chefs at Cafe Marco meticulously prepare succulent lobster dishes, such as Lobster and Crab Roe Seasonal Salad, Fried Lobster Claws in Black Soya Bean Sauce and Lobster Seafood Cioppino Soup. Each guest can also enjoy a complimentary portion of Pan-seared Boston Lobster (half piece) to pamper your palate.
Meat lovers should not miss the chef recommended Roasted Beef Tomahawk and Yorkshire Pudding at the carving station. Weighing in at approximately six kilograms, the tender and juicy Beef Tomahawks are imported from Australia. To add a playful mood, join the guessing game on Fridays at 7:30pm to guess the total weight of raw tomahawk beef of the day. Guests with the exact or closest answer will win a complimentary dinner buffet.
Accompanying the beef and lobster is a variety of top-quality seafood on ice each night, including freshly shucked Oysters, Lobsters, Snow Crabs, Mussels, Whelks, Clams, Prawns and Baby Lobsters.
Delight your sweet tooth in May and June at Cafe Marco’s colourful Bird’s Nest and Macaron Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet. Exquisite desserts created by our talented Pastry Chef Patrick See include all-time favourite Egg Tart with Bird’s Nest, Ginger Cream Brulee with Bird’s Nest and Papaya, Green Tea Osmanthus Jelly with Bird’s Nest, Ricotta Cheese Cake with Grapefruit and Bird’s Nest, Fruit Sushi with Bird’s Nest, Coconut Mango Sago Pudding with Bird’s Nest and more. Making the high tea even more whimsical is a rainbow array of pretty macarons, including Raspberry Chocolate Macaron Tart and Mango Bird’s Nest Macaron.
