Bring your dearest one for a delectable brunch at Theo Mistral by Theo Randall, the first venture by British celebrity chef Theo Randall in Hong Kong. Indulge in an unhurried and laidback ambience with a spread of decadent antipasti, succulent seafood including Boston lobster and freshly shucked oysters, prawns, crab legs and many more, selected handmade pasta and dainty Italian desserts. With your choice of main dishes, choose from Pork Loin Valdostana Style, Grilled Rack of Lamb, Pan Fried Cod Fillet, Baked Salmon, or Baked Soufflé with Romanesco, Fontina Cheese, Spinach, Cream and Parmesan. Incredible moms will be surprised by special dessert White Chocolate Caprese with limoncello and Amalfi lemon.
What’s more, do not miss the pasta making demonstration presented by Chef de Cuisine Fabio Guaglione and learn the secret behind the al dente handmade pasta. Meanwhile, the little ones will be entertained by balloon-twisting, clown performance and the educational toys at the spacious kids’ corner.

Mother’s Day Sumptuous Buffet Feast at Café on M
Show your love for Mom by treating her to an extravagant buffet at Café on M where diverse varieties of prawns from around-the-globe are laid out on the spread, from King prawns, tiger prawns to Chinese white shrimps, Japanese Botan and mantis shrimps. Other water-dwelling delicacies including freshly-shucked oysters, oven-roasted suckling pig, a la minute pasta, Haagen-Dazs ice cream and divine desserts are also unlimitedly served. A pink chocolate fountain and an array of hearty desserts such as Chocolate-Raspberry Jam Cake, Green Apple Speculoos Cheesecake will end the Mother’s Day feast with a sweet note.
