港島太平洋酒店 餐廳於4月16日至6月30日期間,推出泰式風味海鮮自助晚餐,為客人呈獻泰式咖哩炒蟹、泰式蕉葉燒魔鬼魚、南瓜海鮮青咖哩意大利飯、泰式茄子藜麥中東米沙律及榴槤班蘭西米糕等多款泰菜及甜品,為客人的味蕾帶來重重驚喜。酒店同時邀得泰國政府旅遊局(香港辦事處)提供一系列傳統泰國裝飾擺設,展示於餐廳各處,佈置成「打卡」拍照區,讓客人彷如置身泰國體驗地道風情!

From 16 April till 30 June, Centre Street Kitchen will be serving a sumptuous spread of authentic Thai dishes which reflect the diversity and evolution of taste across Thailand. Guests are invited to tempt their taste buds with some of the must-order dishes ranging from starters, main dishes to desserts. Celebratory specials include Stir-Fried Curry Crab, Grilled Stingray on Banana Leaves, Curried Seafood Risotto in a Whole Pumpkin, Thai-style Shrimp and Rice Paper Salad, Durian Flavoured Sago-Pandan Cake and more……all are made of fresh ingredients with distinctive exotic flavours.
