追求味覺至鮮享受?由2018年4月6日至5月31日,親臨御花園咖啡室品嘗新推出的「鮮味薈萃Twinings茶香自助晚餐」,盡享多款冷熱海鮮美饌及豐富佳餚,餐廳更與Twinings合作,以茶入饌,製作出一系列獨創甜品,茶香撲鼻,不容錯過!
是次自助晚餐的重點推介菜式有黑蒜麻油燒11吋大頭蝦,每位顧客均可獲得一客。每隻大頭蝦爽口彈牙之餘,香濃的黑蒜麻油亦使菜式更加惹味,令食客齒頰留香。此外,每位食客亦可獲得半邊美國緬因州龍蝦,入口鮮甜,十分開胃。自助餐桌上還有更多豐富的冷熱海鮮美饌,冰鎮海鮮包括:麵包蟹、藍青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及海蝦,還有即叫即切的日式刺身 (三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚、八爪魚等)。海鮮熱葷包括慢煮原隻鮑魚和牛丼、牛油果醬海膽三文魚子墨西哥粟米片等,定能滿足一眾喜愛海鮮的食客。
除了鮮味十足的海鮮美饌,西班牙式燒乳豬亦是另一推介菜式。師傅以白酒、迷迭香、蒜、欖油等香料將乳豬醃製再用慢火燒,皮脆肉嫩,回味無窮。其他滋味推介還有七味醬油燒羊架、18磅燒美國頂級有骨牛肉、各式印度咖喱(牛肉、什菜、雞肉)等。
主菜過後,便由花樣繁多的甜品為自助晚餐作完美的總結。不能錯過的便是一系列獨創的Twinings甜品,包括橘錫蘭白毫茶檸檬布甸、菊香薄荷茶士多啤梨芝士餅、伯爵茶桃子梳乎厘、洋甘菊香料蘋果餅、格雷夫人檸檬慕斯蛋糕等。各款清新的Twinings茶與鮮果配搭,為味覺帶來極致享受。其他滋味甜品還有酒煮車厘子配奧地利布甸班戟、Mövenpick及Dreyer’s雪糕、朱古力噴泉等,實在引人入勝!

Café Rivoli of Regal Hongkong Hotel presents Enticing Seafood and Twinings Dinner Buffet from 6 April to 31 May 2018. Apart from the succulent seafood dishes, the restaurant also features an array of luscious Twining desserts for guests’ enjoyment.
To seduce diners with the freshest taste, Executive Chef, Ken has prepared Grilled 11-inch River Prawn with Black Garlic and Sesame Oil and half piece of Maine Lobster for each diner. Carrying on the seafood storm, guests can also enjoy a host of seafood delicacies on the buffet table including Seafood Platter on ice (Brown Crab, Mussel, Golden Whelk, Crab Leg and Prawn), Japanese sashimi (Salmon, Tuna, Herring, Octopus, etc), Slow-cooked Abalone and Wagyu Beef with Rice, Tacos with Avocado Dip, Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe, etc.
The crispy Spanish Roasted Suckling Pig is another dish which is highly recommended by chef. Other hot dishes including Roasted Lamb with Japanese Soy Sauce and Sashimi, Roasted 18-lb US Prime Rib of Beef, Indian Curry Corner (beef, vegetable, chicken) and more delicacies are also full of surprises.
Regal Hongkong Hotel has a crossover with Twinings to demonstrate several dessert with aromatic tea flavour. Tea temaptions from Twinings include Ceylon Orange Pekoe Lemon Pudding, Camomile and Spearmint Strawberry Cheese Cake, Earl Grey and Peach Tea Souffle, Camomile and Spices Apple Cake, Lady Grey Lemon Mousse Cake. To satisfy sweet desire, Cherry Jubilee, Movenpick and Dreyer’s ice cream, Chocolate Fountain, etc are also available.
