This Spring, Executive Chinese Chef Leong Kit Man showcases his culinary passion through presenting wide range of bamboo shoot-inspired dishes, such as Braised soup with shredded bamboo shoot and peach tree resin, Braised pork belly with bamboo shoot, Stir-fried lamb cube and water bamboo with Chinese herbs, to lead you through a tasty journey of savoring this hidden gem.
