週末及公眾假期供應的甜酸協奏曲下午茶自助餐,以香檸、薑及菠蘿3款不同口味的材料創作美點,甜酸交錯。薑汁林明頓 香甜中帶點微辣,美味鬆軟;香檸忌廉拿破崙 充滿檸檬清香,清新怡人。其他推介有烤菠蘿配玉桂乳酪、香檸杯子蛋糕 及薑汁梳乎厘。當然不少得由餅廚即席炮製的窩夫 及瑞士Mövenpick雪糕,為賓客源源送上,開展甜蜜美滿的新一年。

[email protected]’s Chinese culinary masters showcase the best of Chinese gastronomy by presenting iconic dishes from different regions of China during the nightly dinner buffet. A chef highlight is the Steamed Grouper in Traditional Chinese Style, weighing over two kilograms. The ocean-fresh fish is steamed with sliced mushroom, ginger and pork making the tender flesh deliciously aromatic and flavourful, and served whole to symbolise prosperity, particularly during Spring Festival. Seasoned chefs also flex their culinary muscles to present seafood delicacies at their finest, such as Braised Fish Maw Stuffed with Shrimp. Other featured traditional Chinese dishes, including Braised Whole Duck Stuffed with Glutinous Rice and Mushroom, Braised E-fu Noodle with Lobster and Wok-fried Pork Spare Ribs with Strawberry, will be served on rotation nightly.
During weekends and public holidays in January and February, [email protected] indulges dessert cravings with a magical combination of sweet and sour flavours. An array of lemon, ginger and pineapple themed teatime treats are masterfully prepared by our talented pastry chefs. While Ginger Tea Lamington refreshes the palate with a little spice, Lemon Cream Napoleon beautifully blends contrasting flavours and textures. Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon Yogurt Dip, Lemon Cupcakes and Ginger Souffle are among the other exquisite themed desserts. For even more indulgence, there’s a revolving line-up of fresh Waffles cooked right before your eyes, and of course, premium Swiss Mövenpick Ice Cream in a multitude of flavours.
