香港君悅酒店及凱悅集團一直提倡高質素及可持續發展並存的概念,為此走訪世界各地搜羅環保海鮮,當中亦包括極受港人歡迎的龍蝦。
君悅咖啡廳主廚Marc Briol就此推出了限定的寰宇龍蝦餐單,以可持續發展的龍蝦演繹世界各地的傳奇食譜。咖啡廳採月了來自加拿大東岸的環保龍蝦,以英美法日泰等國家的食譜炮製出一系列鮮味滿載的龍蝦佳餚。
走在咖啡廳的走廊上,您可看到廚師們新鮮製作各國龍蝦美點的過程,帶給您特別的用餐體驗。主打菜式包括:經典龍蝦咯嗲配比利時苦白菜,烤焗龍蝦批配香煎法國鵝肝,泰式金不換青咖喱龍蝦,和龍蝦雪糕三文治等。
龍蝦咯嗲配比利時苦白菜
以美式經典龍蝦咯嗲作為龍蝦盛宴的序幕。新鮮爽脆的生菜配以苦白菜來襯托出龍蝦的鮮甜,極其適合作開胃前菜。
龍蝦鉗壽司配芥末蛋黃調味醬
愛壽司的你一定不能錯過這道精美的和風料理——以醋味壽司米盛載的鮮甜龍蝦鉗肉,不但賣相吸引,亦能滿足您的胃口。
烤焗龍蝦批配香煎法國鵝肝

Limited to two months only, Chef de Cuisine of Grand Café Marc Briol will take guests on a lobster journey to savour renowned lobster dishes from around the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Thailand, all prepared with self-imported sustainable lobsters from the waters off eastern Canada.
Diners will be able to discover these lobster specialties freshly prepared by the chefs infront of the live kitchen, creating an exceptional dining experience like no other. Highlights will include classic lobster cocktail with lettuce and endive, lobster pot pie with pan-seared French foie gras, coconut green curry lobster with Thai basil and Berliner sandwich with lobster ice cream.

Start a delicious lobster evening with a classic American-style lobster cocktail with fresh lettuce and endive. This dish offers a sweet and creamy flavour that refreshes the palate.
Lobster pot pie with pan seared French foie gras
This traditional British dish will satisfy all the senses. Its crispy, golden pastry crust will reveal a trove of soft and creamy lobster meat stuffing.
Lobster claw nigiri with wasabi mayonnaise
Sushi-lovers will not want to miss this Japanese dish with its fresh and sweet lobster claw on top of vinegared rice, a visually pleasing and palate-satisfying treat.

Last but not least, the diners’ all-time favourite lobster ice cream will be appearing in Grand Café with a twist. Lobster ice cream will be stuffed into a Berliner sandwich, offering a German-style savouring of this creamy, intensely flavoured homemade lobster ice cream.
