九州以北至南由七個縣組成,當中包括以高品質和牛而聞名的福岡縣和佐賀縣,而雞肉則有宮崎縣坐鎮。今年夏季,鹿悅及The Teppanroom將帶你暢遊九州,用味覺感受每個縣市既精緻又美味的特產。
在鹿悅,您可於午餐或晚餐時段以黑毛和牛特選刺身配薑汁醬油為前菜。這道刺身取材於特選部位,肉質細嫩柔滑,脂肪則平均分佈在肌肉纖維上,使得肉味更加醇厚濃郁。除了刺身,您也可選擇以烤肉方式品嚐這些上等食材。包括炭燒熊本A5和牛肩三角肉丼,以及石燒宮崎A5和牛脊肉等。
來到The Teppanroom,賓客則可一邊與廚師交流互動,一邊品嚐佐賀縣金星黑豚配山梨水蜜桃薑汁鐵板燒,或是宮崎縣產雞腿肉配黑蒜乳酪醬鐵板燒等佳餚。
各款九州特選美饌由即日起至2017年7月31日於午餐及晚餐時段供應。
Did you know that most of premium and famous meats are produced from the third biggest island of Japan – Kyushu?
The Kyushu region consists of seven prefectures from north to south, such as Fukuoka and Saga, the best producer of wagyu beef, and Miyazaki, which is famous for its chicken. This summer, Kaetsu and The Teppanroom will take you on a Kyushu journey to experience different regional specialties, beautiful in presentation and sophisticated in flavour.
Start your lunch or evening by delighting your palate with the black wagyu touragashi beef sashimi with ginger soy sauce in Kaetsu, where the meat is tender and has full-bodied flavour, together with well-balanced fat marbling throughout the muscle fibre. There are also grilled specialties such as chargrilled Kumamoto A5 wagyu Sankaku beef steamed rice and stone-grilled Miyazaki A5 wagyu tenderloin.
At The Teppanroom, guests can enjoy an interactive dining experience along with Saga pork chops, peach and ginger chutney or Kagoshima chicken leg, with black garlic and yogurt sauce.
The Kyushu specialties will be available throughout July for lunch and dinner.
