在短短的9日內,芝士粉絲們可沉醉於優質及稀有品種的山羊、水牛芝士及牛奶乳酪之中。芝士市場均提供11款來自澳洲、3款來自英國、2款來自意大利、4款來自法國及1款來自荷蘭的芝士給客人選擇。另外,芝士專家Hugues de Kerdrel特意到港兩日(Date)為大家介紹芝士的來源及各式各樣的頂級芝士,令賓客於Grand Hyatt Steakhouse有一個獨特的芝士市場體驗。
精選推介包括澳洲手工芝士(如格呂耶爾、芭蘿莎谷、Section 28 Il Lupo)、瑞士著名芝士(如泰特德蒙及格呂耶爾)、荷蘭的山羊奶芝士、法國最出名的牛奶軟芝士Shropshire Blue、意大利Taleggio全脂牛奶芝士及佛姆·德·阿姆博特芝士。
芝士市場將於3月2日開始每日於晚上6時至10時30分晚餐時段供應。客人可於Grand Hyatt Steakhouse與其他食物一起進食或帶回家慢慢品嚐。
Have you thought of navigating your way through different types of exquisite cheeses in one go? Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is excited to showcase a selection of 24 world-class cheeses in Grand Hyatt Steakhouse from 2–12 March 2017.
For this limited time only, cheese lovers can indulge their palates on a wide selection of premium quality and delicious goat, buffalo and cow’s milk cheeses from around the world. There will be 11 cheeses from Australia, three from the United Kingdom, two from Italy, four from France and one from Holland. “The Australian Cheese Master”, Mr Hugues de Kerdrel from Philippe Oliver, will also be here for two days (2nd and 3rd March) to introduce the history of cheese to the guests, taking guests to a whole new cheese market experience.
Highlights include handcrafted cheese from Australia (such as Heidi Gruyere, Barossa Valley la dame, Section 28 Il Lupo), Tête de Moine & Gruyères de Fribourg from Switzerland, goats milk Gouda from Holland, Shropshire Blue from UK, Taleggio from Italy and Fourme d’Ambert from France.
World-class cheeses are available daily for dinner from 2–12 March 2017 from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Cheeses is available for dine-in and takeaway.
