由2017年3月1日至2017年4月30日,御花園咖啡室推出「參」海鮮味.爐端燒自助晚餐。海參於自助餐桌較為少見,餐廳行政總廚陳永健師傅特別於自助晚餐以海參蟹鍋加上深受歡迎的爐端燒作為晚餐主打,給食客帶來雙重誘惑!
黑蒜味噌海參蟹鍋的湯底以鮮魚、黑蒜及味噌熬製而成,再以多款海鮮炮製如海參、虎蝦、青口、松葉蟹腳、麵包蟹、扇貝等,讓蟹鍋鮮味大大提升。食客更可隨個人喜好,自行於蟹鍋中加入黑蒜片、魚露、紫菜等配料,為味道更添層次。自助晚餐另一主打─爐端燒由餐廳師傅即席烹調,大蝦、牛柳粒、豚肉粒、牛脷等食材均即叫即燒,香氣撲鼻!再配搭自選滋味醬汁:柚子胡椒汁、白麵豉汁或自家創製的元貝醬,惹味十足!
自助餐桌上的食物應有盡有,包括即叫即切的特選刺身 (三文魚、吞拿魚、希靈魚、八爪魚等)及壽司、海鮮拼盤 (開邊龍蝦、麵包蟹、藍青口、黃金螺、松葉蟹腳及海蝦等)。同時大力推介牛油果藜麥沙律、蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝、芝士龍蝦米多、燒頂級美國安格斯肉眼、龍蝦配鮑魚汁伊麵等。餐廳更提供中式點心、各式印度咖喱等美食。另外,越式麵檔提供多款越式麵類及配料,讓食客自行配搭出一碗熱騰騰的湯麵,滿足食客的味蕾!
享受完一系列「參」海鮮味、冷盤熱葷後,當然少不了各款賣相精緻的甜品為自助晚餐作結!甜品桌上擺放着竹炭芒果卷、荔枝蘆薈啫喱、什莓紫羅蘭栗子餅、Movenpick及Dreyer’s雪糕、朱古力噴泉等,款款色彩斑斕,令人食指大動!

Café Rivoli treats diners with Sea Cucumber Crab Pot and Robatayaki Dinner Buffet from 1 March 2017 to 30 April 2017. Have a nice evening with the sumptuous crab pot and Robatayaki which are recommended by Ken Chan, Executive Chef of the Hotel.
The swishing Sea Cucumber Crab Pot in fish broth flavoured with black garlic and miso is the new star of the dinner buffet. To enrich freshness, the crab pot has a tasty mix of seafood including sea cucumber, prawn, mussel, crab leg, brown crab, scallop, etc. Diners can also add some black garlic, fish sauce, seaweed and more condiments into the crab pot to perfect the dish. Besides, Robatayaki is another highlight cannot be missed. Various savoury ingredients including prawn, beef cube, pork cube, ox tongue and more are prepared by chef on open grills. Complementing with pomelo pepper sauce, miso sauce and homemade scallop sauce, the dish is a delight to all guests’ palate.
Café Rivoli also features a vast specialities including Sashimi (Salmon, Tuna, Herring, Octopus) and Sushi, Seafood Platter (Lobster Platter, Brown Crab, Mussel, Golden Whelk, Crab Leg and Prawn), Avocado and Quinoa Salad, Steamed Scallop with Rice Noodles and Garlic, Lobster Thermidor, Roasted US Angus Prime Rib Eye, Sauteed Lobster with Braised E-fu Noodles and Abalone Sauce, Chinese dim sum, Indian curry and many others for guests to enjoy.
