In addition to the traditional cucumber, green onion and hoisin sauce, we have also added innovative condiments such as Korean chili sauce, yuzu, ginger, pineapple, sour plum sauce and shredded red pepper that will perfectly complement the duck's subtle maltose-sweetness.
Experience this spectacular dish from Beijing that has been prepared since the Imperial era, as Chef Bun expertly carves the crispy skin and juicy morsels into juicy pieces.
