The menu features traditional Japanese favourites and seasonal specialities prepared with freshly flown-in ingredients from Japan. An exclusive selection of sake is also available, including some rare choices in town.Designed with contemporary clean lines to reflect the simplicity and serenity of Japanese culture, Kaetsu employs wood, stone and clay with soft lighting to create a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere. The large elevated sushi counter in the centre of the restaurant enables guests to view the chefs in action.
