She recently earned the Silver Award in Hofex’s Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2023 for Professional Croissant & Danish category. With an array of sweet and savoury treats, enter Loraine’s world this Summer at GREEN.

GREEN set dinner is an Upgraded Signature World Seafood Tower on appetizer available throughout the week, with free-flow beverages, and options on main course in the rotating four-course menu. Sit back, relax and indulge in this candle light ambience under Asia’s largest indoor vertical garden.
The Upgraded Signature World Seafood Tower includes Boston Lobster, Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Sake-marinated Abalones, South China Sea Prawns and French Sea Whelks.
