With Father’s Day approaching, what do you say to treating dear dad to an exquisite Cantonese feast this year? Prepared by meticulous cooking techniques, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant’s 8-course Father’s Day set menu is sure to tempt the palate of all dads. Highlights from the menu include Double-boiled Soup with Silky Fowl, Sea Cucumber and Morel Mushroom, Braised Hiroshima Oysters in Red Wine Sauce, Braised Abalone and Goose Web and Baked Pigeon in Salt. Available from June 12th to 20th, 2021, let this sumptuous feast help show your daddy just how much he is loved and appreciated.

Glazed sliced Yunnan ham served with Chinese pancakes,

Marinated chicken with chili paste and peanuts

 

- Double-boiled soup with silky fowl, sea cucumber and morel mushroom

- Braised Hiroshima oyster in red wine sauce

 

- Braised abalone and goose web in premium abalone sauce
