Taiwan lunch or dinner buffet at Cafe offers an extensive selection of traditional Taiwan delicacies and appetizing street foods, including Taiwanese minced pork rice, fried chicken and tempura. Not to be missed are the popular Taiwanese desserts: homemade pineapple cake, taro roll cake and castella cheesecake. Highly recommend the red-braised beef noodle soup and fried oyster pancake, in which the recipes from Grand Hyatt Taipei are used to deliver an authentic taste of Taiwan.
