Much-loved by buffet aficionados for its variety of succulent seafood and sashimi, SkyCity Bistro is delighted to present a spread highlighting Boston lobsters*, Australia oysters*, snow crab legs*, Botan shrimps*, brown crabs*, blue mussels and jade whelks for all families to enjoy during the five-day Easter holiday (2-6 April). Crafted with both our adult and little guests in mind, this holiday-themed buffet also offers mouth-watering delicacies like Roasted Spring Chicken in Red Wine Sauce, Honey Glazed Bone Ham and Roasted Rib Eye of Beef*, while the all-time-favorite Mac and Cheese with Smoked Salmon Cream Sauce and Fish and Chips will surely appeal to the little ones. An Easter buffet isn’t quite complete without some “egg-cellent” dishes, so be sure to make way for appetizing additions like Deviled Egg with Salmon Roe and Leek and Seafood Frittata to add to your dining table. Goodie bags filled with hot cross buns and egg-painting activity are also prepared to make this holiday a special one for our little guests.
