Savour the indulgent tasting menus prepared by our culinary team using the finest ingredients. Highlights of the Christmas Eve set dinner menu include Tournedos Rossini, Pan-fried Barramundi Fillet and Christmas Chocolate Lava Pudding, while Christmas Day dinner features Sous Vide Atlantic Salmon Confit, Char-grilled Australian M5 Wagyu Beef Oyster Blade and Christmas Chocolate Log Cake. Dig into the juicy Herb-roasted Turkey, served with all the traditional trimmings and gravy for the ultimate celebratory experience. If afternoon tea is more your style, the Festive Afternoon Tea Set (HK$228 per adult, HK$148 per child) will also tickle your taste buds.
