Festive Season at The Farmhouse is all about spending time with family & friends. This year we created Santa’s home away from home in the relaxing ambience of our open show kitchens with Victoria Harbor views. It’s like the Christmas you wish you could make at home…only better when you are with your loved ones to celebrate the season of joy!
THE FARMHOUSE FAMILY CHRISTMAS (Dec 24 & 25)
All the Christmas favorites prepared with Farm-to-table freshness
Our chefs prepared a festive feast filled with classic Christmas comforts like slow-roasted turkey carved tableside, honey glazed Christmas ham, Australian Black Angus ribeye, spit-roasted whole pork#, lamb rack, salt-crusted Norwegian salmon and more!
The Farmhouse also offers a selection of the freshest seafood including Canadian lobster, whole Hamachi carving, Alaskan king crab legs and traditional Cantonese and Asian inspired dishes. Last but not least, the children will love our huge selection of Farmhouse ice-cream, candy bar, pastries and sweet Christmas delights. All these make our buffet truly an international Christmas celebration. Please also expect a visit from Santa as well as Christmas carols from the local buskers!
NYE ON THE FARM (Dec 31) The farmhouse’s greatest hits to start the New Year
Gather your family and friends and flock to The Farmhouse for a night of good company and even better food. On New Year’s Eve, there is no holding back as we bring out all the favorite Farmhouse dishes for one night only!
New Zealand black mussels cooked to order in our giant pan on the terrace, spit-roasted whole pork# on the terrace as well as live charcoal roasted tandoori specialties. Tableside service features Australia prime rib roast with Chef Keith’s signature green pepper & cognac sauce. From the wok, Chef Chan prepared his signature wok fried prawns with salted egg yolk and the Italian section features truffle Casarecce finished in the whole parmesan wheel.
Don’t forget we also offer a selection of the freshest seafood, ice-cream bar, sweets and pastries as well as the specialties from our Farmhouse pastries trolley and other made to order stations.
