Delight in an array of scrumptious specialties including Seafood on Ice (Boston lobster, red king crab leg, whelk and blue mussel), Traditional Christmas Turkey with Stuffing & Giblet Gravy, Country Style Pistachio & Morel Pork Pate on Toast Stollen, Seared Australia Wagyu Rib Eye with Truffle Béarnaise Sauce and White Truffle Turkey Breast Salad with Cranberry Sauce. Other than the festive delicacies, enjoy authentic dishes such as Baked Pepper Prawn, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Stir-fried Turnip Cake, Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Pandan Cake and more! Top off this wonderful meal with a selection of mouth-watering desserts including Chestnut “Buche de Noel”, Banana Ginger Cake with Nuts, Snowman Passion Fruit Meringue Tart and Wild Berries Liquid Nitrogen Ice-cream.
