Our Executive Chef, Mr. Ivan Chan has specially prepared European delicacies, featuring the irresistible Grilled OP Rib Steak with Yorkshire Pudding and Baked England Chowder Seafood Pie, the ever popular Deep-Fried Breaded Monkfish with Truffle Steak Fries and Shepherd's Pie, and the visually stunning Cheesy Crab Cake Green Tea Burger etc.
