Capturing the chic and relaxed atmosphere of the South of France and gathering aromatic herbs and scented fragrances, the tea set features bright yellow colour tones that remind guests of the mimosa and the sunlight of Provence.
The team of Prompt Bistro, the all-day dining restaurant of Le Méridien Cyberport, has prepared a carefully crafted set of sweets and savouries delicacies around the concept of summer and scented herbs to pair with the delicate L’Occitane beauty products. To give the guests the opportunity to haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, guests will have the opportunity to try several best-sellers products from the beauty brand as well as receiving a 20% cash voucher to buy L’Occitane products (T&Cs apply).
The colourful Afternoon Tea starts with savouries including Smoked Duck Breast and Spicy Raspberry Chutney, Prawn Berries-Ceviche Cocktail, Brie and Cranberries Mini Quiches with Parma Ham, and Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese Profiteroles with Blueberries.
Celebrating summer implies having colourful and tasteful ingredients, magnified by a harmonious presentation. This afternoon tea succeeds in this mission with sweet and subtle creations such as the Passion Fruit Meringues, the Raspberry Chocolate Tarts, Cups of Mixed Berries, a Berries Shortcake, as well as 2 scoops of Bourbon Vanilla Gelato and 2 of Lemon Verbena Sorbet.
