A delectable dinner buffet is specially prepared to let your love flourish with your loved one.
Surrender your senses to seductive dishes such as Fresh Abalone Teppanyaki (one serving per patron), U.S. Oysters and Edible Crabs on ice, and Slow-roasted U.S. Beef Prime Rib in addition to the Iberico Pork and Scallop delicacies highlighted with a floral touch. A box with a preserved flower will be given to you and your loved one (one flower box is worth $200; a max. of 3 boxes per table).
Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet
Our “Iberico Pork and Scallops” Dinner Buffet will feature a series of acorn-rich Spanish Iberico Pork and buttery Hokkaido Scallop dishes which will be exquisitely crafted with aromatic edible flowers, creating an enticing selection of scrumptious delights highlighted with a floral touch. One of the highly recommended dishes is the complimentary one – Deep-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Mashed Taro and Baked Jumbo Hotate with Black Truffle (one serving per patron). It looks like beautiful blooms and features unique flavours and textures that will capture both your hearts! Furthermore, an enticing array of delectable signature delicacies is prepared for a romantic dinner:
- Deep-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Mashed Taro, and Baked Jumbo Hotate with Black Truffle
- Chirashi topped with Hokkaido Scallops and Green Papaya, and Pomelo Salad with Scallops
- Deep-fried Scallops coated with Shrimp Mousse, and Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Glass Noodles

At the Grilling Station, our chef will sear a *whole fresh abalone upon order. Moreover, U.S. Oysters and Edible Crabs will be lavishly spread on ice, and Slow-roasted U.S. Beef Prime Rib will be tastefully presented. All are only available in the Valentine’s Dinner Buffet.
*Each patron can exchange a piece of Fresh Abalone Teppanyaki at the Grilling Station with the ticket distributed (one ticket per patron).
Canadian Snow Crab Legs, New Zealand Oysters, Clams, Shrimps, Blue Mussels, and Babylon Shells are alternately served on the Assorted Seafood Platter. The Sashimi Counter serves various Sashimi selections such as Salmon, Octopus, Snapper, Hokkaido Scallops, Herring, Amaebi, Hokkigai, and Tuna. All are sliced on the spot and served on a rotational basis.
